Mammoth Mountain is an all–season resort. In summer, temperatures average 75-80º for a high, and seldom dips below 40º for a low. In winter, temperatures average 30-40º with a low of 10-20º and mostly sunny skies. We can’t outright promise perpetual sunshine, but that’s what it feels like with an unbelievable 300+ days of sunshine a year! Added to that, Mammoth has a wicked reputation for overnight dumps of powder - plentiful and long lasting. With an average annual snowfall of over 385 inches, winter sports often extend up to July 4th – what better way to celebrate Independence Day?
